Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At bazibit, responsible gaming is not a regulatory checkbox — it is a core part of how we build and operate our platform. We serve a broad community of players across Bangladesh, from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Rajshahi, and Cox's Bazar, and we recognise that among any large player base, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviour. Our responsibility is to make it as easy as possible for those players to identify the issue early and access meaningful tools to address it.

Our responsible gaming programme is built on four pillars: prevention (keeping underage and vulnerable individuals off the platform), awareness (helping players recognise the signs of problem gambling), control (giving players direct access to limit and exclusion tools), and support (connecting players who need help with our welfare team and external resources).

We do not market aggressively to players who have set deposit limits, requested a time-out, or shown indicators of gambling-related distress in their account activity. Our responsible gaming systems monitor player behaviour continuously, and our support team is empowered to reach out proactively where a concern is identified — even if the player has not yet requested help.

Age Restriction — 18+ Only

bazibit operates exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. This is a firm, non-negotiable rule and it applies to all players regardless of the game type, bet size, or payment method used. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously and have implemented multiple layers of age verification to enforce this policy.

At registration: All new players are required to provide their date of birth during account creation. Any account where the date of birth indicates the applicant is under 18 is automatically rejected by our system and cannot be completed.

KYC verification: Before any withdrawal is processed — and in many cases before a deposit limit above a defined threshold is reached — players are required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of their Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document, together with a recent selfie. Documents are reviewed to confirm both identity and age. Accounts that cannot confirm an age of 18 or over will be suspended.

Suspicious account activity: If our team has reason to believe that an account may be operated by or on behalf of a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned and any winnings accrued will be voided.

Deposit Limits

Deposit limits are one of the most effective tools for keeping your gambling within a budget you are comfortable with. bazibit allows all verified players to set a maximum deposit amount for any of three time periods: daily, weekly, or monthly. Limits are applied in BDT and are enforced by the platform — once a limit is reached, further deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer will be declined until the limit period resets.

How to set a deposit limit:

1. Log in to your bazibit account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limits.
3. Select the period (daily / weekly / monthly) and enter the maximum amount in BDT (৳).
4. Confirm the change. The limit takes effect immediately.

Reducing a limit: You can reduce an active deposit limit at any time. Reductions take effect immediately.

Increasing or removing a limit: If you wish to increase or remove an existing deposit limit, a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period applies before the change takes effect. This waiting period is intentional — it ensures that decisions to raise spending capacity are made with a clear head rather than in the heat of a session.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a formal, voluntary agreement between you and bazibit that suspends your account and prevents you from gambling on the platform for a defined period. It is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available and is designed for players who feel they have lost control of their gambling behaviour, or who want a structured break to reassess their relationship with gambling.

Available self-exclusion periods:

• 1 month
• 3 months
• 6 months
• 12 months (1 year)
• Permanent (indefinite, with no automatic end date)

What happens during self-exclusion:

• Your account is immediately suspended. You cannot log in, place bets, or deposit funds.
• Any pending bets placed before the exclusion was activated will be settled normally; winnings from those bets will be credited and available for withdrawal.
• You will be removed from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion.
• Any remaining account balance can be withdrawn by contacting support@bazibit — we will process the withdrawal promptly.

How to request self-exclusion:

1. Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion, or
2. Email support@bazibit with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" and state your preferred duration.

Self-exclusion requests submitted by email are processed within 2 hours during operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, Monday to Sunday). If your request is submitted outside operating hours, it will be actioned at the start of the next operating day.

Time-Out Feature

The time-out feature is a shorter-term cooling-off tool, distinct from formal self-exclusion. It is designed for players who feel they need a brief pause — perhaps after a losing streak, during a stressful period at work or home, or simply because they notice they have been spending more time on the platform than intended.

Available time-out durations:

• 24 hours
• 48 hours
• 7 days

During a time-out, your account is temporarily suspended. You cannot log in, place bets, or make deposits. Any active bets will be settled normally. Your account balance is preserved and will be accessible when the time-out expires.

Unlike deposit limit increases, a time-out cannot be cancelled or shortened once it has been activated. This is intentional — the value of a time-out is that it provides a genuine, enforced break from the platform, not a symbolic one that can be undone with a few clicks.

How to activate a time-out:

1. Log in to your bazibit account.
2. Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Time-Out.
3. Select your preferred duration and confirm.

You can also request a time-out by emailing support@bazibit with the subject line "Time-Out Request". Specify the duration you want. Requests are processed within 2 hours during operating hours.

Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to recognise in yourself. The following signs may indicate that gambling is becoming a problem rather than a form of entertainment. This list is not exhaustive, and the presence of one or more of these signs does not automatically mean you have a gambling disorder — but it is a signal worth taking seriously.
