General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bazibit ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, games, and promotions available on the bazibit website. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
bazibit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most favourable to the protection of the player's legitimate interests shall be applied, provided it is consistent with applicable law.
Important: These Terms contain provisions that limit bazibit's liability and describe your obligations as a player. Please read every section carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bazibit platform.
bazibit operates as an online betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market. The platform offers cricket sportsbook, live dealer casino, slots, and instant games — all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms apply to all product verticals available on the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and any future products or features added to the platform.
Account Registration
To access the services offered by bazibit, you must register a player account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the platform from within Bangladesh.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from bazibit or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of bazibit, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bazibit. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same National ID (NID), or the same device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid mobile wallet identifier (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform. bazibit may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
Age Verification: bazibit is strictly an 18+ platform. Age verification is conducted at registration and again before first withdrawal. Players found to be under 18 years of age will have their account closed immediately and any winnings forfeited. All deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bazibit will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bazibit support at support@bazibit immediately.
bazibit uses a one-time password (OTP) verification system for new-device logins. When you log in from a device that has not previously been used to access your account, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. You must enter this OTP to complete the login process. This measure is in place to protect your account from unauthorised access.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bazibit are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your account balance; the amount you request for withdrawal is the amount your payment wallet receives — subject to any applicable KYC or wagering requirement conditions described below.
Supported deposit methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. The most current list of supported payment options is displayed at the cashier section of your account.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal methods. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the cashier section. Limits may differ between payment methods and may be subject to periodic review by bazibit.
- Deposits are typically credited to your bazibit account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawal requests are processed by the bazibit payments team during operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and wallet/account used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team following identity verification.
- First-time withdrawals require completion of full KYC verification including submission of your National ID (NID) and confirmation of the mobile wallet registered in your name.
- bazibit reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification checks.
Transaction Delays: In rare cases, deposits via bKash or Nagad may be delayed due to network congestion or mobile operator OTP issues outside of bazibit's control. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support at support@bazibit with your transaction reference number.
bazibit does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party wallet or bank account may be reversed and the associated player account suspended pending investigation.
The platform operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns — including rapid cycling of funds without corresponding betting activity — may trigger an AML review. During such a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the review is completed. bazibit may request additional documentation as part of an AML review.
Bonus Terms
bazibit offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers tied to BPL and ICC match schedules, cashback on live casino losses, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your bazibit account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable).
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account wallet. Real-money funds are used first for bets unless the bonus is a free bet or the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements to qualify for wagering contribution — typically odds of 1.50 or greater per selection.
- bazibit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Players who self-exclude or activate a cooling-off period will have any active bonus offers removed from their account for the duration of the restriction.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of third-party funds, coordinated bonus harvesting, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. bazibit uses automated detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns.
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value outside the wagering process. Free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and free bets cannot be reinstated.
Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting and in-play wagering activity on the bazibit platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules in full.
Bet confirmation: A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the platform. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference — for example, due to a connectivity interruption during submission — are not considered placed and no funds will be deducted for unconfirmed bets.
Cricket-specific rules: Cricket betting markets at bazibit follow standard ICC playing conditions unless otherwise stated on the specific match or tournament page. Key rules include:
- A match must be started for pre-match bets to stand. If a match is abandoned before any play commences, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
- In T20 and One Day International (ODI) formats, a minimum of 5 overs per side must be completed for match result bets to stand, subject to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable.
- Top batsman and top bowler markets are settled based on official scorecards as published by the ICC or the relevant domestic board (e.g., BCB for BPL fixtures).
- In-play markets may be suspended at any point during a match at the discretion of the bazibit trading team — for example, during rain delays, umpire reviews, or injury stoppages.
- Bets placed on in-play markets after the relevant event has occurred (e.g., a wicket that falls before the bet is confirmed) will be voided.
Odds and market changes: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet — not the odds displayed at the time you began filling in the bet slip. bazibit displays a price change notification on the bet slip when odds shift between the time you select a market and the time you confirm the bet.
Maximum winnings: bazibit applies a maximum winnings cap per bet across all markets. Specific maximum payout limits are displayed on the relevant sport, tournament, and market pages. Bets that would generate winnings in excess of the maximum payout limit are accepted but settled at the maximum payout amount.
Live Casino Rules: Live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti) are governed by the rules of the game as explained on the relevant game table screen. Game provider rules from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live take precedence for live casino titles. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino hand or round, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
Prohibited Conduct
bazibit operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or violates applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money funds where fraud or abuse is established), and may be referred to the appropriate authorities:
- Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one bazibit account.
- Identity fraud: Registering using a false identity, using another person's personal information, or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
- Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
- Bonus abuse: Any systematic or coordinated attempt to exploit promotional offers, including bonus harvesting, arbitrage, and matched betting using bonus funds.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, interact with casino games, or access the platform in a non-human manner.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider while retaining wagered funds or winnings on the platform.
- Money laundering: Using bazibit for any transaction that constitutes or is intended to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
- Match fixing: Placing bets on the basis of insider information, or in connection with any arrangement to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
- Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account while under the age of 18, or facilitating access to bazibit by a person under the age of 18.
bazibit employs a combination of automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for investigation, you may be required to provide additional documentation. During an investigation, deposits and withdrawals may be suspended. The outcome of all investigations is final and binding.
Account Closure
Voluntary closure by the player: You may request closure of your bazibit account at any time by contacting support at support@bazibit. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment wallet, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active wagering requirements are attached to funds in your account. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, you may activate a self-exclusion period of between one week and five years directly from your account settings. During a self-exclusion period, your account is inaccessible, you will not receive any marketing communications from bazibit, and the exclusion period cannot be shortened once activated. Closure by bazibit: bazibit reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or money laundering.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by the platform.
- Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months where the balance is zero.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring closure.
Where an account is closed by bazibit due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account — including real-money balances — may be forfeited at bazibit's discretion where the breach involved fraud, abuse, or criminal conduct. In all other cases, legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment wallet following completion of any required investigation.
Dormant Accounts: Accounts with a real-money balance that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bazibit will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed in advance and will not reduce a balance below zero.
Limitation of Liability
bazibit provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, it does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party connectivity issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bazibit's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bazibit shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage of any kind.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
- Interruptions to the platform caused by third-party payment providers, mobile operators, or internet service providers.
- Any loss arising from a player's failure to read or understand the rules applicable to a specific game, market, or promotion.
- Decisions made by a player while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Nothing in these Terms limits bazibit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the bazibit support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. bazibit is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will make every reasonable effort to resolve player complaints promptly and equitably.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on bazibit, constitute the entire agreement between you and bazibit with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
